Led the organization through peak season delivery and parallel post-acquisition integration, including platform migration and operational transfer of teams to the acquiring group.
Optimized conversion through A/B testing and funnel analysis on the live platform during peak trading, while the platform was being migrated to group-wide standards in parallel.

Owned product definition, prioritization, and delivery for core modules of an enterprise B2B marketing automation SaaS, across a seven-year tenure that took the product from an email-focused system to a scalable multi-channel marketing cloud.
Built and ran structured enterprise discovery with pre-sales and sales (customer panels, solution workshops, on-site sessions), serving as the primary product interface to enterprise customers for the core modules I owned, translating requirements into roadmap decisions, scope, and deal support.
Shaped packaging and pricing for my modules with the central pricing team, through business cases and evidence of willingness to pay, as the product expanded into upper mid-market and enterprise segments.
